Jodi who is Hicksville born and raised resides with her husband Scott and they have 4 kiddos!
Jodi is passionate about her community growing and she also loves Mary Kay and running her own biz!
In her free time she and her husband enjoying riding Harleys
and spending time with their children.

Hillary grew up in Hicksville and is currently an insurance agent at the Hicksville branch of Andres O’Neil and Lowe. As a long-time resident she looks forward to supporting the growth of local businesses and the community.
In her free time she enjoys loving on her pride & joy- a boxer-bulldog mix named Rhea, spending time with family, cooking, reading, and being outdoors.
Lisa Collins
Secretary
Lisa was born and raised in Hicksville. After moving away for 10 years, she is excited to be back and involved in the community.
Lisa was a full-time teacher for 15 years but has since scaled back to teach part time at Imago Dei, along with working at Collins & Guilford Wealth Advisors. She is also a field consultant for Trine University’s Montessori program.
Lisa loves spending time with her husband, Kirk, and their three children.
One of Lisa’s passions is being a coordinator for a non-profit organization, The Wannabees, to plan local and international missions. Lisa also enjoys being the secretary of the Hicksville Schools PTO board.
Sheryl Vetter

Sheryl and husband Denny have two married children and five grandchildren.
Sheryl is Administrative Director at Arc Solutions.
A resident of Hicksville for all but her college years (and a few years after), Sheryl enjoys and appreciates living in a small “hometown” community—businesses, schools, churches, local groups and organizations.

Gretchen Clark

Gretchen is a NW Ohio native and self-employed graphic and web designer of March 4th Design.
When she’s not busy getting her clients noticed through visual communication, she enjoys taekwondo, fine food, reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors on a kayak or trail with her beloved husband and their son.
Carley Harvey
Board Member
Carley is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio and currently serves as the AVP, Director of Human Resources at The Hicksville Bank, a role she has held since 2022. A proud graduate of Purdue Fort Wayne University, Carley is passionate about supporting her local community and values the opportunity to use her expertise to make a positive impact. She is actively involved at Antwerp Community Church, where she serves in the children’s ministry, and enjoys giving back through both her professional and personal endeavors. Outside of work, Carley loves spending time with her family and embracing the outdoors.
Chris Feichter
Board Member
Chris is currently the Director of Operations at the Huber Opera House.
After retiring from 41 years as a public school teacher, building administrator, curriculum director, and grant writer
she started at the Huber by writing grants, but her love for the arts got her involved with the youth productions which led to being involved in all aspects of the Huber.
Chris recently moved to Hicksville from Antwerp and enjoys the community spirit of Hicksville.
She has two daughters, a son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren, and enjoys making cards and scrapbooking in her free time.
Aaron Schwarzbek
Board Member
Aaron was born in Hicksville and has resided in Defiance County his entire life. He attended Fairview High School, and upon graduation, attended Defiance College graduating with his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Aaron has been in banking since 2017 and currently works for the Sherwood State Bank as an Assistant Vice President/Business Development Officer.
Aaron loves being involved in the community, serving in several organizations including being the Treasurer for Sherwood Area Economic Development, a coach for Defiance County Special Olympics, and a lifetime member of the Fairview Athletic Boosters. In his free time Aaron enjoys traveling with his wife Leah, eating good food, golfing, raising chickens and spoiling their dog, Millie.
Tori Guilford
Board Member
Tori is the proud owner of Main St. Studio in Hicksville, where she specializes in hair color and up-dos/glam styles. She works alongside six amazing team members and is continuing to grow! Outside the studio, Tori loves spending time with her family and four beloved fur babies.
Tori’s deeply passionate about our community and animal welfare. She serves on the board of the Fort Defiance Humane Society, is a member of the Hicksville Eagles, and actively volunteers with the Hicksville Baseball Association, Hicksville Schools, and the Christmas Cruise Thru.
She’s thrilled to be a part of the Chamber and to continue building connections and giving back to the community she loves so much.

Scholarship
This $500 scholarship by the Hicksville Chamber of Commerce is awarded each year to one male and one female Hicksville High School graduate who will be pursuing a degree in business and meets eligibility requirements.
